The tank with Stirrer, hot water jacket, temperature control system (hot water), temperature display for hot water jacket and chocolate (2 units PT100), Insulation and aluminum cladding and Level indicator.

 

1.000 kg + safety volume at a specific weight of 1,2 kg/dm3 for storing of liquid chocolate mass.

 

The tank with adoption of rated temperature(temperature adjustable) for retaining of fine ground chocolate paste material,via agitating makes chocolate have function of degassing,eliminating smell  and preventing the paste from the separation of oil and grease,etc.

 

The jacket tank is stainless steel 304.
