Width of food grade PU conveyor belt: 800mm. Speed is 3-4 meters per minute. The speed of the belt is controlled by inverter. There are Airtac cylinders for the belt centering devices.
Length of the cooling tunnel with covers is 14 meters. There are two sets 5HP compressors.
The touch screen will be mounted in the front of the cooling tunnel, one side of the conveyor belt.
The insulation covers of the cooling tunnel can be opened by gas springs for cleaning.
Materials of the cooling tunnel:
SS304 rectangular tubes for the frames. SS304 bending plates for the insulation boards and covers, inside insulation material is high density foam sheets. Other plates beside the cooling tunnel are also SS304.
