The Direct-acting reducing valve consists of two parts: the main valve and the pilot valve. The main valve is mainly composed of valve seat, main valve disc, piston, cylinder liner, spring and other parts. Pilot valve is mainly composed of valve seat, valve disc, diaphragm, spring, adjusting spring and other parts.
The outlet pressure is set by adjusting the spring pressure, the diaphragm is used to sense the change of outlet pressure, and the driving piston is used to adjust the flow area of the throttle part of the main valve through the opening and closing of the pilot valve, so as to realize the decompression and pressure regulation function.
This product is mainly used in steam pipeline, play the role of reducing pressure and regulating pressure.
