What kinds of products can be made on D&R candy bar production line ? 

-D&R candy bar production line is mainly used to manufacture the cereal bar ,nuts bar or energy bar with option chocolate coated .
D&R not only supply the full plant of candy bar production line  for making the candy bar ,but also train customer to know how to make good products on D&R candy bar production line.
D&R starch mogul plant includes the kitchen system,candy bar machine, chocolate coating system .



I.Kitchen System

•The kitchen system of the standard D&R candy bar production line includes:

1.Some materials holding tanks (optional)

2.Automatic weighing and dissolving system(one weighing tank and two dissolving pots)

3.Caramel batch cooker and storage tank

4.Storage tank and nougat inflation cooking system(two vacuum cookers+one aerator )


1.Materials storage tanks

Details of materials storage tanks :
1. The tanks are jacket and ss304. They are kept warm by hot water.
2.Volume of each tank is 280L.
3. Power:2.95kw.
4. There is an agitator in tank.
5. Each tank is intergrated with a rotatory syrup pump.

2. Automatic Weighing & Dissolving system 

The system consists  of: one sugar hopper and screw conveyor, one weighing tank and two dissolving pots.
1. Sugar hopper and screw conveyor: the hopper can hold one 50kgs sugar and its parts which touch with products are ss304.
2. Weighing tank: volume of the tank is 280L, it is jacket and heated by hot water. The frame is ss201 but the tank is ss304.
There are three weighing sensors.
3. Two dissolving pots: two 320L tanks, Mixing speed:1440rpm.There is a liquid level sensor. There is a discharging valve.
It is controlled by PLC. It can store the recipes. There is a touch screen to operate.
Material:
The parts which touch with products are SS304, wall thickness is 2.5mm

2. Brine(chilling) water tank

Purified water and propylene Glycol will be added into it by the rate 1:1 to reach the concentration 50% and the freezing point to be

minus 33-34 degrees Cessius and the temperature of mixture inrolls is minus 10-18 degrees Celsius

3. Nougat forming rollers


It is for forming of the nougat/cereal/granola slab. The roller has cooling water in the jacket layer from brine water tank.

The distance between two rollers can be adjusted according the thickness of products.
The rollers are ss304 with a PTFE hopper.

1.Two rollers with cold water.Inverter to control them, speed adjustable.
2. Carbon steel coated with  chromium and burnish to 0.05mm.It is the best material for the forming or candy or candy bars.
3. Rollers are jacket with brine water to cool.
4. Hopper is ss304 and PTFE
5.The distance between two rollers are adjustable.
6. The scraper is ss304 or tool steel.
7. The frame is SS202 steel tube. 
8. Oil lubrication of rollers

4. Caramel double couple rollers

It is for forming of the caramel slab. The roller has cooling water in the jacket layer from brine water tank.

The distance between two rollers can be adjusted according the thickness of products.
The rollers are ss304 with a PTFE hopper.

5. Single Pressing roller


The roller will press candy slab again to make sure slab is formed well, further more, it can be pressed to reach the thickness.

One press roller is fixed between two sets of forming rollers, another is fixed between the caramel forming rollers and cooling tunnel

There are PTFE leading bars beteen candy bars.

Scraps at the two sides of candy slab are be sent to the recycling device by belts.

IV. Chocolate enrobing line


It can coat all sides of products or the bottom of products.

The material of the conveyor belt is PU. There are Siemens PLC and touch screen to control the enrober and separate control panel
for cooling tunnel. The frame, insulation plates and other most parts are ss304. The inside layer of jacket tank(hopper) under the
enrober is ss304, it can be pulled out to clean.
There are three 5HP Copeland refrigerators, the refrigerant is R404A.
Motors and reducers are SEW, SMC or Festo cylinders to make sure the belt will move straightly.. Under the
enrober, there is a
SJB30Y chocolate feeding pump to send chocolate mass back to
chocolate storage tank.

1.    Chocolate mass production line


We have the chocolate mass production line from sugar grinder and cocoa butter melting tank to chocolate temper

machine.Normally, the 1000L whole chocolate mass production line includes:

1.        Sugar grinder(250kgs/hour)

2.        Cocoa butter melting tank(500L)

3.        Chocolate conche(1000L)

4.        Chocolate storage tank(1000L)

5.        Chocolate temper machine(250L/hour)

If you going to use cocoa butter chocolate mass to coat candy bars, you need two chocolate storage tanks and one chocolate temper

machine.


2. FTJ250 Sugar Grinding Machine


This machine is for grinding sugar to be sugar powder as required. The max. capacity is 250kg/hour. 

To put one bag of sugar in hopper.There are screws under the hopper which will send sugar to the grinding deviceafter grinding,

there will be a filter and the sugar powder will flow to the bag and

the big grains will be ground again. 

Fineness degree before grinding is 0.5-2mm and after grinding is 20-120 mesh.

All are ss304.

3.   DR-RYG-500L Cocoa Fat Melting Tank

The main material of chocolate is cocoa fat, and it is usually in solid.Before the chocolate material is put into the refiner/conche,the
melting process is needed.Further more the cocoa fat
melting tank can extend the life of refiner/conche.
Our Cocoa fat melting tank is water jacket.The jacket tank and cover is ss304.
It is heated by electricity.

4.   DR-JMJ1000 Chocolate Refiner/Conche

There is ventilating fan or a hopper on the top of tank , surface cover is carbon steel with paint or ss304 shell..
The material of the lining bars, scrapers are 65Mn after heating treatment, it can prelong their lives. The base and gearbox are cast
iron, so it will be more stable. The jacket tank is iron and heated by
electricity.

5.   Chocolate temper machine

This machine is designed according to the characteristics of the natural cocoa butter and cocoa butter equivalent(CBE).
It is in vertical structure,the chocolate mass is fed from the side, then passing through the temperature adjusting tank and output
from the top of the machine. The tank is divided into four temperature sections with 10 plates.
After this process, the chocolate products will be well crystallized with smooth taste, good finishing and longer shelf life.
